STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE- COVID19
From Native Diving Lanzarote, we want to inform our clients of all the protocols to follow to carry out the activity.
BEFORE ARRIVAL IN THE CENTER

***If you are a certified diver, remember that you must also attach a copy of your diver certificate, valid insurance, and medical certificate.
3.-Payment will be made in advance and through our website, paypal, transfer or card. Cash payment is accepted but we recommend the use of electronic payment.
This measure will make the administrative process easier. Use Adobe Reader in its “fill and sign” function. If it is still not posible, don’t worry, we will finish the process at the diving center with all necessary measures and guarantees.
All the required forms are available on our website, as well as the security plans and protocols.
HYGIENIC-SANITARY MEASURES
2.-Cleaning and disinfection of each of the vehicles with bactericidal and virucidal products approved by the Ministry of Health UNE-EN14476.
3.-Hydroalcoholic solution dispenser at the entrance to the diving center and in each of the vehicles.
4.-Mandatory use of sanitary masks inside the diving center and in transport vehicles.
5.-The regulators of the diving center will be delivered duly disinfected. Optionally, each client can bring their own mouthpiece, or request a new one from the center for installation in the second stage
We will have mouthpieces for sale, so that at the end of the dive you can take it for use on other occasions.
6.-Native Diving Lanzarote staff are trained in the new protocols, thus ensuring everyone’s safety.
IN THE DIVING CENTER
2.-Only those who are going to carry out an activity will have access to the diving center, we must deny entry to family and friends, except in the case of a minor, who must be accompanied by a responsible person, and in the case of a disabled person, who needs assistance.
3.-There is a hydroalcoholic solution dispenser at the entrance to the center, please use it before continuing.
4.-The certified divers must manipulate their equipment (assembly, configuration and adjustment, disassembly) either owned or rented from the diving center. The staff of the center will deliver the material properly disinfected and sanitized in an individual bag. Likewise, it will collect the material, always maintaining all the measures established.
5.-Clients who carry out an activity without being a certified diver will be given the necessary material, duly disinfected and sanitized in individualized boxes. The equipment that requires assembly will be carried out by the center staff with all the security measures (sanitary mask, hand cleaning, equipment disinfection) and with the least possible handling.
6.-We will continue as always with our briefings in open spaces that allow social distancing, either in the diving center or at the dive site.
ON THE DIVES
2.-In boat diving, the use of a sanitary mask is mandatory. Please do not forget to bring a bag or place to protect it while diving.
3.-Each diver must have their equipment separated from the rest and will never manipulate other equipment than their own.
4.-When assembling and disassembling the equipment, the hands must be previously disinfected with a hydroalcoholic solution that the center will supply.
5.-Physical contact with other people should be avoided. For the check-up prior to entering the water, the safety distance must be kept between divers, so it will be done without touching or manipulating the other equipment, visually. Keeping the distance and placing ourselves in the visual of the partner we are saying the different points of the check-up while performing the manipulation under our supervision.
6.-The verification of the alternative source (secondary regulator) will be done through a purge, thus avoiding its use and contamination
7.-In case of emergency, you should use the alternative source and never give the second stage that we are using.
8.- Do not use saliva for the mask, the center will supply an anti-fog liquid.
9.-Avoid touching your face, it is very easy for us to touch our mouth, nose,…. when we get out of the water.
10.-Each diver under their responsibility may bring their own drinks and / or snacks to the divesite.
EQUIPMENT DESINFECTION
2.-Special attention will be given to the inside of masks, second stages of the regulator, oral inflator, trachea and bladder of the BCD, tubes, buoys, and caps.
CANCELLATION
1.-In case of suspicion of contagion or of having the disease, Native Diving Lanzarote will cancel the reserved activities and make the refund of all those tha thave NOT been enjoyed.
2.-In case you want to cancel due to Covid-19 symptoms, please make such cancellation bytelematic means (email, phonecall) and the money for the activities NOTenjoyed will be refunded.
3.-The refund will be made through the same means of payment used. In case of having done it in cash, the refund will be made through bank transfer.
