2. DATA COLLECTION

• For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognises only the consumer’s domain name / IP Address, but not the e-mail address (where possible).

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Nativediving.com provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice.

• nativediving.com currently provides users with access to a collection of articles and resources, including forums, and personalised content through its system. 13. EMBED CODE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The courtesy link to nativediving.com must be displayed wherever the embed code is used. Removal of the link code will result in links to nativediving.com appearing in the widget contents. These will be removed when the courtesy link has been added.
• Subject to the terms of this Agreement, nativediving.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the embeddable computer code to display on Your Site the Content. • In respect to the feed widget, the copyright of any rss feed content displayed will remain with the originating site. Please make sure that the original source of the content is acknowledged.
